What is WorkKeys®?

The WorkKeys® process helps employers identify and measure “real world” skills that are critical to job success. In turn, employers have the tools they need to identify and place qualified employees in these positions, or to offer the additional training employees need to be successful.
 

How can MCC help?

MCC can assist you in conducting job profiling exercises to identify and describe the workplace skills needed for specific jobs in your organization. In addition, the college offers WorkKeys testing for your employees to identify their skills in the areas of:
