Montcalm Community College’s “Merry Melodies” concert, featuring music by MCC students, faculty, staff and friends, is Nov. 2 at 7 p.m. in the Barn Theater.
Performers include current MCC students Mary Pryer and Isabelle Williams, MCC Alumni Heather (Jeffrey) Bloomquist and instructors Karen Lincoln, Larry Moss, James Brown and Val Vander Mark. Selections include Broadway and pop tunes, classical, blues, slap bass, clarinet, guitar and banjo.
Admission is free, and donations of nonperishable food items and gently used or new winter clothing are accepted.
