The MCC Developmental Education Program
provides credit instruction in reading, writing, basic math, and study skills.
Most courses are taught in a flexible, open lab setting where students are
allowed to learn at their own pace and to attend at times that fit their schedules.
Two courses, DVED156 Efficient Study and DVED 175 Improving Reading and Writing
are offered in a more traditional classroom setting for students who prefer
that learning environment.
We are located at room D318 of the Doser Building in
the Learning Support Center. You can find out more about Developmental courses,
view course and program outcomes, even look at enrollment histories for our
program or e-mail a question. Simply use the links below.
Of course, you may also get in touch with us by phone
at 989-328-1282. We are always glad to speak with students, new or "old",
to answer your questions. So stop in anytime.
