Montcalm Community College has established a financial aid program of grants, loans, scholarships and work study opportunities in an effort to assist students with their expenses. Students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) used by the Financial Aid Office to determine eligibility for most aid sources. The amount awarded through each program depends greatly upon an analysis of the applicant’s financial situation.
2012-2013 Academic Year
For the 2012-2013 academic year, you may complete the FAFSA anytime after Jan. 1, 2012, using your 2011 Federal Tax return. The federal government must receive the form prior to June 30, 2013. This form must be completed to receive financial aid for the Fall 2012, Spring 2013, and Summer 2013 academic year semesters.
2013-2014 Academic Year
For the 2013-2014 academic year, you may complete the FAFSA anytime after Jan. 1, 2013, using your 2012 Federal Tax return. The federal government must receive the form prior to June 30, 2014.
