Applying for Admission

Applying for admission at Montcalm Community College is free. Montcalm Community College has counseling services available to help you form a semester by semester schedule.

If you are not sure which profession fits you, we also offer career counseling. For additional assistance, you may choose to utilize the Guide To Getting Started Tutorial, or if you would like in-person assistance, you may register for a guided Admissions Meeting by completing and submitting the Admissions Meeting Registration Form.

Financial Aid assistance is also available. MCC offers a variety of Scholarships for returning students and scholarship searches for new students.

Ability to Benefit for Non-High School Graduates

Applicants without a high school diploma or GED, whose high school class has graduated, may benefit from the Ability To Benefit (ATB) option. This selection allows a student to complete the COMPASS assessment, with minimum required scores, in lieu of high school or G.E.D. completion. Please contact a counselor for assistance with this program.
