| COSMETOLOGY |
This
Michigan Department of Commerce Division of Licensing and
Regulations-approved program prepares students to take the
State Licensing Board Examination. Over 900 hours are spent
in lab work and 1,500 attendance hours are required. Admission
is granted for fall semester only. To
begin second-year course work, students must have passed all
written tests with a minimum of 75% and completed at least
690 clock hours. Departmental approval is required for
any exceptions. This program is offered in 18-week semesters
with 9-week courses.
