ACT scores in lieu of assessment testing at
Montcalm Community College

If a student scores an 18 or higher on the English and Reading sections of the ACT test those scores will transfer in to cover the Writing and Reading sections of the COMPASS test at MCC.

All students must complete the Math portion of the COMPASS assessment test.
