GED Test Preparation
Spring 2008

MONTCALM COMMUNITY COLLEGE offers the following ways to prepare for GED testing:

  1. GED Test Preparation (XDVE 143) is a noncredit ONLINE course that helps develop reading and thinking skills needed to succeed in all five GED test areas: writing skills, social studies, science, literature and math. After completion of this course, you should be well equipped to take – and pass – the GED. Or, for help in just certain areas, either of the two courses below may be all you need.
  1. Prepare for the GED Language Arts, Writing Test (XEDG 534) is a noncredit ONLINE course that gives the skill and knowledge needed to successfully prepare for the GED Language Arts, Writing test.
  1. Prepare for the GED Math Test (XEDG 535) helps you master the skills required to successfully pass Test 5 in the GED test series. Give yourself the strong foundation you’ll need to solve the types of math problems commonly found on the test.
