Montcalm Community College Auxiliary Services Manager John Davis introduces the RENPHO Smart Scale, the latest technology that helps people measure their subcutaneous and visceral fat, muscle mass, total body protein, BMI, BMR, metabolic age, and more, on their path toward better health.

Learn about this life-changing, and possibly lifesaving, device, while lending support to Library Director Katie Arwood as she steps on the scale in front of guests for this live demonstration during "Don't 'weight' on your good health."

The event is Sept. 13 from 12:05 to 12:30 p.m. in the library in the lower level of the Donald C. Burns Administration/Library Building on the MCC’s Sidney campus. Admission is free and refreshments will be provided for this MCC Library Sharing & Caring event.
