Montcalm Community College’s golf team placed 6th in the Mott Community College Invitational on Monday, Oct. 2, at the Flint Golf Course. 

Ethan Johnson shot a 79, Jerald Brownell and Zach Johnson shot an 80, Cashius Heiss shot an 87, and Lucas Hirkaway shot a 91. 

On Wednesday, Oct. 4, the team placed 6th in the Glen Oaks Community College Invitational at Island Hills Golf Course.  

Ethan Johnson led the team with a 79. Zach Johnson and Jerald Brownell each shot an 83, Lukas Hirkaway shot a 90 and Cashius Heiss shot a 91. 

The final meet of their fall season is the Thomas Howard Memorial at Lakes of Taylor Golf Course. They tee off at 9 a.m.
