Grand Valley State University Professor Edgar L. Page will present “The Movement in the Movements: From Black Power to #BLACKLIVESMATTER” on Feb. 8 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. in rooms D303-305 in the Beatrice E. Doser Building  Montcalm Community College’s Sidney campus. This presentation will allow participants to explore words, sounds, and dances that are associated with pivotal moments in history. This presentation is in celebration of Black History Month and is funded by the MCC Foundation Stanley and Blanche Ash Community Enhancement Fund. Admission is free and lunch will be provided.
