Student Housing

Opening Fall 2026.

Montcalm Community College’s Student Housing project will provide students with an affordable, safe, and vibrant housing option with a high standard of care to support full-time students and student-athletes. The complex will be three-stories tall and accommodate up to 84 residents.

As part of the college’s 5-Year CORE Strategic Plan, Student Housing will address housing insecurity and affordability needs, increase enrollment, and enrich the student experience by promoting a positive on-campus culture that differentiates MCC from peer institutions.

We are currently in the process of finalizing important details related to student housing and other campus arrangements to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for students living on campus.
