Technology at MCC: Your Key to Success
Technology is an essential part of the college experience, and we’re here to make sure you’re set up for success! From logging in to your student account for the first time to exploring Canvas, MyMontcalm, and your student email, these tools are vital for your academic journey.
First Time Login
Visit the Self Service Password Reset link to login to your account for the first time.
Enter your username, which is your full MCC email address and fill in the security CAPTCHA.
After you login, download the Microsoft Authenticator app or set-up other two-factor authentication methods (see more information below)

Multifactor Authentication
MCC’s single sign-on requires an additional verification method for identity confirmation and password reset requests. Two-factor authentication is required for each login, unless you check the box that says 'Don't ask again for 30 days'.
For the best security and convenience, we recommend registering more than one authentication method. This ensures you can still sign in if you forget your phone, experience poor signal, or have trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. In these cases, simply choose “Sign in Another Way,” and Azure AD will prompt you to use an alternate method.
