Take a break, unplug, and reset with a calming mind‑body experience in the MCC Library. Join us on March 2, 2026, from 12–1 p.m. for a restorative class designed to help students slow down and deeply rest during midterms.
No yoga experience is needed. Most of the class takes place lying down or seated, with minimal movement.
What to bring:
A yoga mat, an extra sweatshirt, and optionally a blanket or small pillow for added comfort. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer not to be on the floor.
