Call-in or walk-in advising sessions are available for Montcalm Community College students. They are intended to be brief meetings with an MCC counselor or advisor to answer specific questions regarding summer or fall courses. During the times below, for a phone appointment please call 989-328-1264 to add your name to the list and when it is your turn, a counselor or advisor will call you back. For best assistance, please remain near a computer. For in-person assistance, please check in at the Student Success Center in the Donald C. Burns Administration/Library Building. The queue order will be followed, regardless of location. There may be extensive wait times.   Scheduled registration times are as follows:

  • April 29: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

  • April 30: 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

  • May 5, 6 and 7: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

  • May 12: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

  • May 13: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • May 18: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • May 19, 20 and 21: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

  • May 26: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (summer students only)

  • May 27 and 28: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (summer students only)

  • June 1: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • June 2, 3 and 4: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Students may add in-person courses only up to the time of the first class meeting. Online and open lab classes can be added until June 2, at midnight. Please check the start date of the classes you are interested in. If you receive financial aid, please talk to the Financial Aid office before signing in to meet with a counselor or advisor to make sure you have funding in place for payment.
