MCC Alumni & Friends Choir

The choir is directed by MCC Emeritus Performing Arts Coordinator Val Vander Mark. MCC’s Alumni & Friends Choir is a community and student non-audition choir that welcomes everyone, high school age and older, who has an interest in singing in a choral group.

MCC's Alumni & Friends Choir is funded by the Montcalm Community College Foundation Stanley and Blanche Ash College Community Enhancement Fund, which supports the college in developing and enhancing career training, educational opportunities, programs and services for students, alumni and citizens of the college community.


Spring 2026 Concert

250 Years of American Music: Celebrating our Diverse Music History

When: Saturday, March 21 at 3 p.m.

Where: Greenville High School Performing Arts Center

The MCC Alumni & Friends Choir will be performing “250 Years of American Music” on March 21, at 3 p.m. at the Greenville High School Performing Arts Center. Gary Hauck, Dean Emeritus of Arts and Sciences at MCC, will serve as the announcer and narrator.

In lieu of admission, non-perishable food donations will be collected for those in need. There will also be a bake sale in the lobby to support the Business Professionals of America chapter at MCC. Cash only.
