In their third consecutive home game, where they won two out of three, the Centurions established and held onto the lead since 6:25 was left in the second quarter, when freshman Kendall Stout rebounded a shot and put it back in to retain the lead for MCC, 24-22.

ON A STREAK: Centurions stretch winning streak to four with 70-64 win over Delta

After beating the Delta Pioneers at home, 70-64, Wednesday, Jan. 28, the Centurions extended their winning streak to four and moved into second place in the MCCAA North Conference.

FINDING A WAY TO WIN: Centurions hold off Firebirds for 58-54 home win

In a game that went back and forth in the second half with both teams shooting poorly, it was a four-point play by sophomore Dawson Dunn that helped the Centurions build a big enough cushion to clinch the game.

Due to cold weather, on Friday, January 23, Montcalm Community College’s Sidney and Greenville campuses are closed to the public with limited services being offered virtually. In-person classes are cancelled.
